Situation: In order to keep celebrating and preserving the spirit and music of The Rascals, Joe Russo, a longtime friend and fan of the group, came back to design and implement his third website with Graphic Visions.

Result: This new website was developed by working closely with music historian Joe Russo in developing the new look, information and various presentations, fan forum, section banners and more.

Background: "The purpose of this website is to help expand and celebrate appreciation for the art and music of THE RASCALS. To remind the world how tremendous a musical force they were. What uniquely gifted musicians they are. And to bring to light some examples of the magic that made them so absolutely dynamic.

It is also both an archive and preservation society, seeking to salvage, uncover and restore potentially lost performances and career moments so they may be made available for future retrospective projects and for future generations. This website, a work in progress, is just one bi-product created from over 25+ years of these preservation efforts."

Hello Joe, thanks very much for creating this fantastic site. This is the best Rascals site I've ever seen. I'm a Rascals fan since 1967 and I've also gathered a lot of information about The Rascals history, so if I can add some of that I will do it. I live in The Netherlands in Europe. —Henny

Thank you Joe for putting this site together. It is awesome! I can't wait to see how the site will evolve. Joyce

I'm so glad I found this site... There's no other like it. Being 14, I'm the only person my age (that I know of) who is obsessed with the Rascals, but with a forum about the Rascals, there are fans just like me. Anyway, excellent site. —Sally
