Situation: Builder of new townhomes needed a website to promote the sale of these affordable and conveniently located housing units.

Worked with Owner/Builder of new Town Homes in creating the visual content of the site from architectural drawing files.

Result: Since the townhomes were under construction, an architectural rendering was created to show how the enclave would look when completed. This rendering provides for a realistic view of the setting complete with people, cars and foliage. The rendering will be used for the website, planning board presentation and roadside signage.

The new website provides potential buyers with information on the construction features and amenities, interior floor plans, elevations, and site plans.
